This morning I am meeting up with some friends to play golf in the annual Clarke County Education Foundation fundraising tournament. It is a good cause, and always a good time.
Hopefully I shall hit it better than I did on Monday during The Rotary Golf Tournament. Sigh. I hope my mogul client invites me back.

Senator Chris Murphy (D. Ct.) is outraged–OUTRAGED!–the Pentagon denied him entry to Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar and refused to arrange an Iran-war briefing during a trip to the Persian Gulf region. BUT, before he left the United States, Senator Murphy was informed that he would be denied access to that air base, as EVERYONE is denied access to the air base except for military personnel stationed there. Senator Murphy is just playing politics, engaging in performative political art, claiming something nefarious is going on, because . . . Orange Man Bad. And by the way, did you know he was a United States Senator?!?!?

Senator Tillis, the emptiest of empty suits, is determined to spend his last days in the United States Senate burning every bridge, and generally making a total a$$ of himself. And he is doing a fine job of it!

Judge O’Toole blocked the effort by the Trump administration to impose civil penalties of up to $1.8 million on illegal aliens who remain in the country despite having those final deportation orders in hand. He is afraid that the financial penalties could impose adverse consequences upon the illegal aliens. Sigh.
The Boston Globe is blaming Cornell University’s lack of a proper investigation, and the failure of the local New York district attorney to prosecute the alleged gang rape of “Jane Doe” on . . . Donald Trump. The incident occurred in 2024. Mr. Trump was not President. And even if he were, the federal government has nothing to do with local crimes. But given the opportunity, let us blame Donald Trump.
Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger (D.) is proposing 277,000 acres of solar panels to produce home grown “clean” energy. That’s the size of Fairfax County, Arlington County, and the City of Alexandria combined. Ninety percent (90%) of the solar panels would be placed on farmland and forests. And millions of trees would be clear-cut.
Who wants to see the farms, forests, and mountains of Virginia dotted with solar panels, from China, no less? Who wants the pollution that seeps from solar panels in the soil and the water tables? And all of this is for one of the more expensive and least reliable sources of energy available.
Last year, a Virginia man was sentenced to 24 years for a violent rape. Kind of a light sentence, if you ask me. Well, it appears that it will be even lighter, as Governor Spanberger’s appointed parole board is set to free the rapist from prison. HOW is it possible to be up for parole after serving 1 year of a 24 year prison sentence?

On the 3rd anniversary of the brutal Hamas terrorist attack against Israeli civilians, Comrade Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D. N.Y.) condemned Israel’s “ongoing genocide”. What an anti-Semitic lying jacka$$!
Sadly, throughout the United States on October 7, there were many anti-Israel demonstrations, with participants chanting anti-Semitic slogans, waving “Palestinian” flags, and calling for the destruction of Israel. It was a horrible, evil spectacle.
U.S. House candidate Justin Pearson (D. Tn.), speaking at a Memphis, Tennessee church, invoked “Mother God”, and informed congregants that God was a black lesbian. It must be the Talarico effect.

They are on the side of the illegal aliens. They are not on the side of American citizens.
Democrat activist and influencer Hasan Piker claims that there are “good white people” and “bad white people”. Liberty minded individualists are “bad white people”, and collectivists are “good white people”.
Conagra Brands ceased production of Celeste frozen personal pizzas. That is sad. When I was in my 20s, I always kept these in my freezer. They were cheap, and quite tasty. Of course, everything tastes good with beer.
Jaguar has unveiled the first production model from its sweeping reinvention, nearly two years after a rebranding campaign drew backlash from critics who called it “woke.”
The all-electric Jaguar Type 01, unveiled Tuesday in New York, is a four-door luxury grand tourer with a U.S. starting price of $130,500. Orders are expected to open in early 2027, with initial customer deliveries anticipated in the second half of the year. Uh, huh. It is ugly and overpriced. AND an EV.
How ugly is the new Jaguar? It makes the old Chrysler 300 look positively beautiful.

Stated differently, Emmanuel Macron wants government to be the arbiter of what constitutes “free speech”.
You would think that the head French cheese nibbling surrender monkey would have his hands full with all the rioting going on throughout his country. Because Americans definitely do not need to receive a lecture on free speech from him. Or anyone.
British Labour Minister Jenny Riddell-Carpenter said of traditional rural England, that it did not exist, and was only a “right wing fantasy”. Oh. So the England of Shakespeare, Keats, P. G. Wodehouse, and Winston Churchill never existed, and was only a “right wing fantasy”? My goodness, Big Brother has memory holed a large swath of English history and culture.
